Refunds

Refunds on pre-paid tickets for an unconfirmed trip are permitted until the trip is confirmed. After a trip is confirmed, a ticket is issued for each pre-payment and is non-refundable.  Tickets purchased for a confirmed trip are non-refundable.

Transfers

Tickets may be transferred from the purchaser to another passenger, however each ticket is only valid for the stated number of passengers on the route, time and show date. A printed ticket receipt must be presented to board the vehicle and a photo ID may be required.

Liability

ROCKBUS LLC and AA Limousine Service's liability is limited to the total purchase price of the service provided as part of transaction. ROCKBUS LLC and AA Limousine Service assume NO liability whatsoever for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged. ROCKBUS LLC and AA Limousine Service do not assume any liability for the actions of persons inside or outside the vehicle.

Conduct

ROCKBUS LLC and AA Limousine Service do not condone nor tolerate underage drinking or illegal drug use. Service may be terminated by ROCKBUS LLC or AA Limousine Service personnel at his/her discretion for any abusive, unruly, or intoxicated behavior, consumption or possession of illegal drugs, consumption of alcohol while on the bus, consumption or possession of alcohol by minors, smoking of any kind inside the vehicle, or for behavior otherwise deemed unacceptable. This will not limit the passenger's responsibility to pay the cost of all services, and passenger assumes full responsibility for damage to the vehicle by his or her action or by the actions of persons outside the vehicle in reaction to the actions of passenger.
